My local store will not let you redeem the voucher against gift sets. I've asked more than one SA and they all said they are not allowed to accept them. However, I was in the kensington high street branch the other day and the lady on the No7 counter said I could use the voucher against gift sets...but I didn't have any on me at the time:mad:0 -

What you doing there then?!
I ventured out to Warrington today but hopefully off to Clayton Square tomorrow...I will report back with all my findings! x0 -
I wondered what it was like in town
Speke was rubbish
Some of the things were still half price
thought it was strange that some of
the larger no 7 gift sets were still
on the shelves at lunch time.
I think the best of what was on offer went in the
first hour.Cant believe I left with just Boots vitamins
(300 points voucher) and a botanics body buff &
moisturiser(100 points voucher) total cost £3.05
normaly I would have been made up with
that but I had my gift card with £20 made via
pigsback,ready for a good old shop I
am thinking of heading off to town.
Even the machine had no points on offer
nothing much to get excited about
in Speke. My main aim was a large
Bagpuss hot water bottle cover
but these were not in the sale.0 -
Its not through choice believe me:( ......... my partner got a great job .. just crap location ..lol
Ok keep me posted let me know if its woth a visited at the week end.
Also check ur receipts carefully .. when i got home iv noticed that the 100points voucher didnt show up!"Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Shelves and shelves of stuff for the ladies amongst us MSEs.
Hope everyone had managed to get something they wanted.
Hi
This is my first season with Boots so please excuse my ignorance.
How did you get so many points when spending points?
I thought you didn't get any extra points if purchasing goods with points?!

i imagine that the 6100 points saved refers to the actual saving made today due to the 75% off- the reciept always shows what we have spent and saved in the transaction.hthLove can tame the wildest0 -
The op doesnt mean they earned the 6100 points its just like it says on the bottom of the receipts when you pay with cash - paid £20 saving today £80 iykwim it just converts it to points since they paid with points. does that make sense as it sounded easier in my head! LOLbloaty wrote:Hi

It's great to hear so many of you found so many bargains today:j I just love reading about what everyone else has bought in the sale.
Well, I didn't do so bad myself this morning, despite only having 30 minutes to spare before catching my train to work. My shoulders and back hurt like mad after lugging all my bargains (all 5 large bags!) to work then back home again, but it was worth it:D
I got so many bargains - too many to mention - including 9 Botanics gift sets for men and women @2.00 plus I got a free cream (face creams and body butter) with each set. I'm not sure where I am going to store my stash as I have no room under my bed or in any of my wardrobes. They are packed with my Boots and Tesco bargains:D most of this stuff I will give away as b'day/christmas presents. I will also take some abroad. We have family living in a part of the world where toilitries and cosmetics are so expensive to buy... I'm going to be ever so popular this summer:D
Total spend today:36.50 and saved a wopping 158.43
Boots...I love yah!0
