Did anybody pay full price before christmas for any of the sale items?

I only ask as I made a determined effort not to buy any giftsets as I knew they would be reduced straight after christmas and I hate feeling ripped off!

I wouldn't even buy them at 50% off either as I still thought they were too expensive. I do think the 75% price is just about right though :D

no lol i wouldnt pay full price and certainly not 50% off either. As the gift sets are herrendously overpriced with the packaging! ill only pay the 75% off :D got loads of bargainss for next years prezzies :T :T

    Silly question, but..

How long can you keep make up, other cosmetics and similar stuff before it starts congealing? I would hate to buy anything too far ahead that wasn't pleasant to use by the time it got opened.

I had to take some eye make up remover back that seemed to have separated out last year - and that was used just after I bought it. But I'm not sure how long it had been on the shelf.

Hi there, have been to the (very limited) sale at my local today and only came away with a FCUK set, originally £12.00. I only wanted the contents, so if anyone wanted the make-up/girly evening bag then they are most welcome to it.

It's a pink and brown pattern bag with a silver chain strap - would make a nice present ... it's a bit pink for me!

    PM me if interested.

    Pm'd you :D

I bought loads of the sets at 75% off today, but I did succumb to 2 of them when they were 50% off - can I take these back for a full refund of what I paid?

I should think you will be able to if you have the receipt and its not Makeup.

Otherwise, you could say its given you a reaction and get a refund that way but while you are messing about doing that, people will be buying the giftsets you are wanting to buy yourself!

I asked them to scan the sea side game and it was still £14.99 today in my local store

It was still £14.99 in a very big store today but I got it locally yesterday. Infact its still got itys sticker on. Maybe I just hit lucky yesterday. I got 2 of each as I bought some for my friend as they were such good buys.

I have found prices vary between stores. Has anyone else found this? Also some stores will accept the £5 vouchers & some stores wont on the salle items
  • Cant get into the Fragrance Sale section online - wonder if they are updating?
