I spent about £50 today in boots and says on bil that i saved about £120! Bargin! got LOADS of stuff! Lots of no7 stuff in middlebrook (horwich)

(superdrug also 75% off if people are interested, got a few bargins there too)0 -
Went to MetroCentre store early on this morning and got a load of stuff - only problem was none of it was scanning through the tills at 75% off so it all had to be overridden....hence 15 mins waiting in queue!! Was worth it though, even though there was no Fresh stuff left which was what I really wanted....
Is anyone else tryin to fight the urge to go back tomorrow and buy more??!!!
Oh, and has anyone tried using the No7 £5 voucher on the BOGOF suncare? Just noticed online they have a nice little 'Pre-Holiday mini treats' set at £5.500 -
Thanks to this wonderful site I went into Boots today and spent £75 instead of £300 on some fantastic bargains for next xmas, birthdays etc. :T
My best buy was £3.75 (instead of £15) for Scooby Doo/Shaun the Sheep hot water bottle cover/pj case/cuddly toy. So I bought four for £15, including one for me! :rotfl:
I also bought a huge make-up set for £3.75, which I paid £15 for before xmas for my niece, so I've put one away for my daughter. I must have spent over an hour in there and even the staff kept jumping off the tills to get stuff! :rotfl:
(Forgot to say it was at the Speke Retail Park)0 -

sonee2405 wrote:so does that mean if theres are no7 items below £5 you can buy up to the £5 amount?i was under the impression that if i wanted the self-tan wipes i would have to use 1 £5 voucher for 1 wipe at £1.50 without any change or othet product.Wiggly:heartpulsFB0

I love this site too!!! I got almost £240 of stuff for £58 of boots points which I had saved up for from all the offers on here so virtually for free - now that's moneysaving - plus I got the Botanics body butter linksave with a botanics gift set that had been reduced from £20 to £5 but my favourite was the wine gift set - a bottle of French wine in a silver wine holder reduced from £15 (rip off at that price) to £3.75 so I bought 4 - for gifts of course!
If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!

Boots in Darlington have finally put the magazines out so can now get the 100points Botanics vouchers.
SA was so nice when she served me at the Pharmacy (when she got over the shock of what the till said!) that I explained the offer to her and we ended up going to the front of the shop where the Botanics items are so I could point out the best bargains. She then called a friend over to tell her about it. Nice to spread a bit of happiness now and then.
Nothing much left on the sales shelves in this store, seemed to be restocking with a few items as I was leaving at 5pm though.0 -
Did anybody pay full price before christmas for any of the sale items?
I only ask as I made a determined effort not to buy any giftsets as I knew they would be reduced straight after christmas and I hate feeling ripped off!
I wouldn't even buy them at 50% off either as I still thought they were too expensive. I do think the 75% price is just about right thoughStopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
Hi there, have been to the (very limited) sale at my local today and only came away with a FCUK set, originally £12.00. I only wanted the contents, so if anyone wanted the make-up/girly evening bag then they are most welcome to it.
It's a pink and brown pattern bag with a silver chain strap - would make a nice present ... it's a bit pink for me!
PM me if interested.0
