Going out at 3, so hoping there will be loads of stuff left! It does make me glad to have a baby coz I can fill the big basket under his pram up with all my goodies!!! Makes a change from only buying nappies from boots!
From past expereince, how long before everythings gone? End of the weekish?
Have just been to my local large store and there was an absolute scrum. By the time I had left there was very little on the shelves. I'd head in sooner than 3PM if you can!! Bargains are brill!!
Good luck!!0 -
Just back - feeling slightly guilty with myself. Just put everything away in my cupboard under stairs and am actually quite horrified at A how much I already had and B what I bought!!
Went to big store first - first shop I got £177.49 of stuff for 4436 points!!
Second time (had to offload bags in car!) £128.45 of stuff for £36.21
Third time (in smaller store) £78.48 of stuff for £19.48
Best buys - look out for the Disney Slipper sox £2 each - they were sitting on an end stand.
Morgan Light my Candle set £17.50 for £4.37
Loads and loads of other goodies - I am going to have to spend a day at some point sorting it out into mens, ladies and kids (like my own shop lol), but for now its all chucked in the cupboard!
Also got some Trevor Sorbie hair sets for myself and a battery Betty Boop toothbrush for £2 and a Betty Boop over shoulder bag for £3.75Tin can banky - 3/4 full £1 and £2, Quidco January £19.49, Boots points 2543, Tesco Club Card 2763, Piggy Points 8400 -
Just got back from Boots, managed to get 2 Cappuccino Sets @ £3.75, 1 Guiness Gift Pack @ £2.50, Bang on the Door Choc Dipping set @ £1.37, and Hama bead Disney @ £3.25.
Total Spend £14.62 :j
my receipt says i saved £34.13 but that doesn't include the hama bead set as she had to put that through manually.0 -
I spent £24.25, got £97 worth of stuff : 1 x Karmatherapy wash bag, 2 x FCUK gift boxes, 2 No7 nail polish gift boxes, 2 x No 7 body and eye glitter gift boxes, 1 x leather shoe kit and 2 x mini footballs (for nephews!).
Got the SA to split the amounts so got No7 & haircare vouchers. THEN...BARGAIN OF THE DAY!!!...found some 250ml bottles of Mark Hill conditioner for £1.83 each! So got 4 of those with 2 of my haircare vouchers and got them for 33p a bottle :j :j :j the SA couldn't believe the price, checked the shelf with me, and all the other conditioners for Mark Hill were £4.49 each. She said grab them while I can as she's sure they're marked wrong. Well pleased!Got some No7 goodies for Xmas/Birthday boxes with No7 vouchers but saved one for the 31st Jan!
Definitely worth being late for.... (well, missingmy lecture!). Us penniless students need to get bargains where possible.

then used points for the botanics weekend bags £3.75 (forgot the freebie moisturiser), betty boob toothbrush, ruby&millie nail kit, the so gift set and the nails inc gift set.Couldn't carry anymore stuff- my locol wasn't even busy so going back later for mens toiletries and the fresh gift pack, sanctuary and more no7.even made lots of friends in the q.I saw 1 lady who filled 2 trolleys with gifts -one of the male sa had to help her push 1 trolley to the carpark so she could load her stuff and she came back for more-she said she spent about £80 for over £400 worth of stuff bargain!

I went to Buchanan galleries and Sauchiehall street (Glasgow)at just after 9am and they were empty I couldn't believe my luck in Buchanan galleries I was the only customer:eek: I was grinning from ear to ear.
They didn't have the gift sets I wanted so I went to the other one and picked up a Morgan perfume set there was ony another two left and as there were few customers I think the staff must have gotten there first.
When I left they were still putting stuff out and most shelves were full.
I picked up a Toni and Guy travel hairdryer in a travel bag with shampoo and conditioner for £6.25.0 -
