Ladydisco did the botanics bronzing flash stuff go through automatically or did the SA have to override the till? Noticed that earlier in store but it wasnt reduced,at least it had no label

Oh Liverbird & Pash - both posting - I love you guys, this used to be such a lovely fun thread when you lot were about - Lots of info but lots of fun too!

I really miss the way this board used to be so welcoming and friendly with the deals but also bits of chat - never did see why the odd moaner was able to bring and end to it - it's never been the same.

I spend my time on the vouchers board instead now - I still miss you guys on here though.

I used to keep post one up to date with the latest offers glitches..... sadly it was like banging my head against a brick wall when people still continued to ask the same questions time and time again, despite being directed to post one and post two with Daves Boots information.

Liverbird did a fantastic job in this thread, it was a shame that people didn't follow it properly.

i tried the bronzing flash but the offer did nlot go through on the till, the supervisor was called but she said that it is excluded as it is classed as cosmetics.

I agree - I used to *love* this board - not the same anymore and they don't pay us to take stuff away half as much as they used to lol!!!

Since i came back ive seen nothing but lovely and helpful posts on here maybe its time to forget the nasties that got the threads closed before and hope that with all these lovely new people working at getting the glitches then the thread wont get closed down if people dont post just for the sake of it (not meaning you, just in general) (its good to be back and there have been no complaints so far, its just like it use to be except i dont recognise many names anymore apart from tonight)

I don't remember the old names - sorry, newbie here! - but I have read post 1 many, many times to get info on various matters. Are we not supposed to 'Boots Chat' on this thread as "Pash" would suggest? If we didn't then I for one would be a lesser Booters than I currently am! (and have much less goodies). After only recently finding this thread I would hate to see it be shut down! x

i had a voucher sent for 650 points for £13 spend on botanics so i got 3 x £2.50 lip balm and 5 x £1.37 shaving gel then 8 various mentioned mosturisers free.
also used no7 and hair vouchers and another 100 points for mens botanics and 100 points for t&g detoxit shampoo then a double points voucher that was sent in post
was a good shop and the sa was very nice and helpful and even checked that all points and linksaves had worked
she was an older sa as well but very nice as ive found all of them at my local!!
would only normally buy one or two but thought i might as well make the most of the extra points
just to cofirm i got 8 free botanics items in one transaction!

its not so much the boots chat that gets it closed down its stuff thats not connected to boots - general day to day stuff etc....im sure the thread wont get shut down when people are commenting on what things they have managed to get with the offer and confirming that the sale is monday etc
