what are you all doing with all this sun stuff? Pressies or e bay or can you be REALLY REALLY bad and take it back. I am quite new to Bootsing so dont know what their policy is on returning unwanted stuff

I tried to get 2 suncare+ 1 makeup yesterday and the SA refused to even try it for me....I was really insistant that it worked the day before....but she point blank refused

should i complain to boots or just accept I wasnt lucky this time??
