 Hey, I bet your thinking 'what the hell is this post in the student section' but it is related to my coursework (so in theory.....it is in the correct section)
I am doing a peice of coursework of wheelie bins (ok....call me sad  ) but I need to get a normal standard size wheelie bin, searhced on google, but could not find anything apart from larger size one!
THE IMPORTANT BIT
AS WELL AS ME HAVING TO BUY THE BIN, I NEED TO FIND ANY ACCCCESSSORIES TO GO WITH IT, FOR EXAMPLE:
http://www.mobilitysmart.cc/wheelie-lifter-p-5846.html
which is the only one I can find
I would prefer if people can tell me where they have seen the item selling however if you have seen someone else have one on their bins just describe the item for me please

sado
does your council use wheelie bins? if so just phone up environmental services and say your bin has gone missing they'll deliver you a new one. obviously hide the old one.
i once did a summer job working the bins, never saw any bin accessories. What's it going to be, eh?0 -
Not sure if you are looking for this , but my Mum has her wheely bin covered in a forest effect sticky back paper similar to Fablon. It looks quite cool disguised beside the hedge between her house and next door. She got hers from a local gardening centre. HTH0

I think you can buy wheelie bin covers from... Lakeland Limited, maybe? Eg. in a plant-like pattern, to blend in with your garden, rather than stick out as big grey blob. That's the only accessory I can think of!0

and here:

gave me something to do on a saturday night0 -
I found this: (lets you turn your wheelie bin into a water butt!!!
http://gardeners-world.net/site_search.asp?zoom_query=wheelie+bin&zoom_per_page=10&zoom_sort=0
I also saw something about flower planters that attach to wheelie bins!!!!0 -
I've never seen any accessories for wheelie (or is it wheely ?) bins. But to stop the liner falling down into the bin I use a canvas strap with a sliding metal buckle to clamp the liner to the top outside rim of the bin. Works a treat !0

What about this lovely box, to put your wheelie bin inside.
http://www.diytools.co.uk/Product.aspx/!90010
or this wooden one

And this lock, to stop someone stealing it, or using it to burgle a house.

And this lock to stop someone else from putting their rubbish in it. This one might sound silly. But if you live in a block of flats, and all the bins are stored together, it does happen.

and a "thingy" that presses the rubbish down to make more room

Wasn't there a 'pimp my bin' challenge, probably on the Old Style Board, sometime last year? I think it was in Martin's weekly email ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
