Vista -KB970158-x86 update

A couple of days ago, Vista did some updates on my pc and left a folder called fcd5097976418f53c174efbc95 on the C drive

It has 4 files in it - one of them is called 'Windows6.0-KB970158-x86.cab'

When I try to delete the files or the folder, I get you do not have permission. Question is how do I get permission, it won't let me do anything in the Properties?

Have you tried in safe mode?

Or you may get a response after running an unlocker

You can usually delete those folders but maybe waiting another couple of days would be better, CCleaner for example is usually set to delete temp files after 48 hours

Thanks - Tried emcsoftware unlock first - that did not work.
Command prompt in safe mode has removed the file/folders.
