I've tried loads of different mascaras but my definite fav is Benefit's Bad Gal. I always end up reverting back to that one; can't go wrong with it in my opinion :j

The Rimmel False Lash Effect mascara is the best I've ever used (the one with 2 brushes), Superdrug were giving away a free eyeliner with it the other week too!

I use the Mac version of this Haute & Naughty Lash. I love it, it never dries out has loads of product in the tube. I am also a fan of Lancome Hynose mascaras.

I don'[t like it much. I find it very smudgey.

I never LOVE mascaras....I've yet to find one that wins me over.

My current one, which is as good as any of the rest I've used is this one:
    http://www.spacenk.co.uk/product/makeup/eyes/mascaras/155412638+mascara.do

but it does get sticky in the heat, not snudgey, but my eyelashes stick together a bit when I blink!

I really feel, despite trying expoensive ones in the hope one will be my perfect product, that a good cheap mascara is as good for daily wear as an expensive one...none of them that I've tried yet is perfect, and cheaper ones defintely hold their own against the budget busting ones usually. The only thing is the more expensive ones are less likely to flake finely IME and give a shadowy look.

I'm another favourite of Benefit - I use Bad Gal mascara and it does me good/
    ** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **
    ** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
    **SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
  • I found the benefit bad gal ran badly for me, I used to use some of the clinique ones but they seem to make my eyes itch recently. Now I have 2 that I use - chanel imitable which is great for me if I'm going out but pricey, and for work / otherwise I'm using the Barbara Daly one from tesco which is £4 and perfectly good, great value for the price.
Whether you think you can, or think you can't, you are usually right.
