Bank of Scotland Offer

New to this but get great encouragement when I read other succses stories! I had a credit card ppi complaint upheld on Aug 8th with offer letter and all figures. Still waiting for cheque despite numerous calls and numerous fob off conversations from "customer care!" Does anyone have an e-mail address they would recommend and/or has anyone else had RBOS problems! Thankyou

  • Hi
I've just posted a new thread re- RBS and the wait. My offer stated that the claim would be paid within 28 working days and it seems they are sticking to that.
I too looked for an e-mail address but to no avail.
Good luck, hope you receive your claim soon.
  • Thankyou! i am 5 weeks now andstill no cheque, keep waiting and phoning but they change their deadlines daily, I had initially in writing within 5 days - what a laugh!

    Good luck to you too
