Childcare vouchers, moving jobs

Hi,
I currently receive the max £55 a week towards child care.

I am thinking of moving jobs and the new employeer uses a different voucher provider.

Does that mean that i will need to sign up to the scheme again and only be eligible to get £28 a week as a higher rate tax payer?
Or will there be some common sense applied and let me get into a new provider with my old limit?

I have asked the HR department in the new company and they haven't got a clue!
Has anyone been through something similar and know the answer? I can't find anything online to help.

i've moved companies and to answer your question, unless they are using the same child care scheme provider you'll have to opt as a new joiner. based on april 2011 changes if you are a higher rate tax payer you'll only get the £120/month
