Don't forget to factor your visa into it you have to go to the embassy to pick it up and be there very early 6ish in the morning as there are large queues and they only issue 300 per day..if you send through the post it takes up to 8 weeks!!..at the embassy the same day..we are going to goa today for a month...it's high season now and very busy...personally I'd go into a traverl agent and ask for any late deals they are hard to come by...good luck..

thanks yes i found out about it and was quite shocked at the price of it, but then if we want to go then we have to pay, we have managed to get a holiday there and go on the 31st for two wks looking foward to it apart from the long flight. Hope you have a great holiday let us no how you get on,

  • Hi.

i went to get my visa for india on thurs from the birmingham office. i got there for 8.30 am and only had about 100 people in front of me. They say that they'l only se4e the first 200 people in line but its a load of rubbish. Loadsa people turned up really late when i was there, a lady kept announcing oin the tanoy thaqt they wouldnt be seen over and over again, but in the end they all got seen!!! bit of a scam!
