LLoyds tsb on hold high score table.....

Hi all, it seems it can take anything from 10 mins to 2 hours to get lloyds to pick up thier phones, if you've called lloyds in the last couple of days could you please stick down the time and how long it took, i just dont have an hour to waste and im sure you dont either,


this way we can all see the best time to call..... :beer:

Called yesterday at 10:05, call answerd at 10:37....only for them to have nothing to say apart from 'dealing with it and 16 weeks is up on 30th September' :mad:. Sent my PPI reclaim on 12th May, had a phone call last week to ask me whom did I have insurance with???? told her I couldn't remember, said this was fine, will can't tell me what the outcome is on the phone, but a letter would be sent, that's why I rang. Woman on the phone could see all that and said she would sent an email to the appropriate department!!!!

Hate, hate, hate Lloyds!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I called at roughly 4pm on Wednesday and waited about 56 mins to speak to somebody, then when I got through thru were only arranging callbacks.
