Has anyone had any problems with their iva ip and getting hold of them? I am currently with GT and find it very difficult to get a reply from them, have sent them letters, emails, and phoned only to be told that they either haven`t recieved them or messages will be passed on.
I am having problems with payments on iva as change of job and all household expenses going up etc and need to get things sorted.
any help is very much appreciated

Hi. pop over to https://www.iva.co.uk A GT representative posts on there and will be able to help. She has been very effective at getting problems ironed out of late.0
