EPSON printer not printing properly

Can anyone help me please... My epson printer wouldnt print properly...first changed the BLACK and it wouldnt print... then I clean the heads.. and then the Colors wouldnt print ...even after cleaning heads and changing cartridges cos ran out with all the head cleaning..

So i take it to be "fixed" and the guy puts in genuine Epson cartridges in and does a Head clean... then it prints OKish..

Goes home and still only printing out patchy BLACk and only CYAN... no Yellow or Blue..??? anyone??/

Which printer, and does the nozzle check show any yellow and cyan

yes its still under warranty ... nozzle check was sort of ok at the repair center.. but when I tried it at home only shows black and red....sx515

Use their live chat tomorrow or when convenient, explain that it has been repaired, is running with their inks but does not print correctly. Ask them about having it replaced, it is usually a £10 contribution towards the courier but it should arrive with a complete set of inks, remove the inks you have just loaded before sending it back. The courier will deliver the replacement and you can put this printer back in the same box for its return. Don't mention compatibles if you were using those.

There are head cleaning cartridges or fluids, though I wouldn't use them unless it was the only option remaining
