    The prize includes:

    Cash

    A cheque for £4,000 (four thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the winner only.

    Holiday

    A trip for the winner and three (3) companions for seven (7) nights to one (1) of the three (3) following destinations in the USA: Chicago or Las Vegas or LA (the “destinations”). The trip includes:
    • four (4) return economy class flights from an airport in London or the airport nearest the winner’s home at the time of entering the competition (subject to availability) to the winner’s choice of destination;
    · 7 nights’ accommodation in the winner’s destination in a minimum four-star quality hotel on a bed and breakfast basis based on the winner and their companions sharing two (2) twin or double bedrooms;
    · excursions (dependant on the destination) including:
    o in Chicago: a tour of J Hancock Observatory, the Culture Tour of Chicago and an all-seater ferry ride on Lake Michigan. Please note that the ferry travels at speed, passengers must remain seated and may get wet and the ride is not suitable for passengers with medical conditions including but not limited to a bad back, bad neck, heart conditions or late term pregnancy;
    o in Las Vegas: tickets for the winner and their companions to one (1) Las Vegas show from a choice of ‘O’ by Cirque Du Soleil, The Lion King, Le Reve, Blue Man Group, Legends in Concert or Vegas! The Show at Planet Hollywood(subject to availability) and an aeroplane flight tour of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Las Vegas including returntransfers from the winner’s accommodation;
    o in LA: a champagne boat cruise and LA sightseeing aeroplane flight; and

    · travel insurance cover for the winner and their companions (subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.
    The trip also includes car hire (subject to the terms and conditions of the car rental provider where the winner or one of the winner’s companions is the driver aged 25 or over (the “driver”) of the car (the “car”) to be collected from and returned to the airport of arrival in the destination, and provided the driver currently holds a full clean driver’s licence. The driver must have held their licence for a minimum of three (3) years and will need a current and valid credit card in order to hire the car for security deposit purposes. The winner is responsible for all fuel costs. The car includes insurance cover which covers the driver for accidental damage for liability up to the value of the car and third party liability for liability up to one million (1,000,000) US dollars. The insurance cover is subject to the driver adhering to the hirer’s terms and conditions including, but not limited to, operating the car while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and in accordance with local traffic laws.
    The trip is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation, excluding dates around the Christmas and New Year between 19 December 2011 and 3 January 2012 inclusive any public holidays in the UK and any additional dates as may be specified by the prize provider when the holiday is not available. It is the responsibility of the winner to liaise with the prize provider when booking the trip and to inform the prize provider of the dates they wish to take up the trip at least 28 days before the date they wish to depart from the UK.


    The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured (over and above the travel insurance provided as part of the Prize) including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Where the winner’s companions are under 18 years old they must have prior permission from a parent or legal guardian, and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in the destination State, including but not limited to, the legal age limit for driving which is 16 and the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.
    The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.

    I do 6 landline entries, and 6 mobile for every ITV comp, all with the same email addy, it's all good.
