Travel / health insurance for a visitor to England?

My MIL is visiting England for 3 months and has failed to buy herself travel insurance and I can not find any online providers of travel insurance in Jamaica. Are there any UK companies that provide insurance for visitors to the UK?

Thanks. Have now turned up a couple on google but mostly £60per month.
This one seems a bit cheaper - does anyone have any experience of Mawista? I can't find anything stating there are any restrictions on the insured's country of residence - can anyone confirm this?
