Hello all,
I'm new to this part of the forum and have just had my ears pricked up from a Watchdog discussion!
My mum had bank loans from 2001 and roughly 2004/5. She doesn't know if she has any of the original paperwork still hanging around.
If this is the case, how could she go about seeing if she has a claim regarding PPI.
I'm so sorry, I'm sure this question has been asked many times before but I couldn't find an idiot proof explanation easily!
Many thanks for reading.

you dont need the paperwork, you just need to complain if you feel they were mis-sold.0
