Sorry to sound stupid - but I know we had PPI with Lloyds on various loans over the years and also on the Credit Card up until very recently - quite funny really, we have been asking them to remove it for ages as we did not ask for it and they have refused and all of a sudden, we aren't paying it any more!!
I don't have much paperwork left - long story - so I don't know most of the account numbers. I have the template letter for the terms and conditions from here but I don't know what to do where it says account numbers etc?
Any advices please?
Also, we have a secured loan with First Plus. DH doesn't think we took our PPI with them but should I check first?
Any help gratefully received - thank you

Hi there
What I did because I no longer bank with Lloyds, I emailed them with the banking account number that I still had and asked if they could email me back with all details of loan account numbers of loans with PPI, and they did so as from the mid 90's loans.
So you could give it a go by emailing them or even call into your local branch, they should be able to check this over for you.

The details on the lloyds site on how to reclaim are the same as on this site.
You could try contacting FP, if it were these that set up this loan, or whoever set up the loan and sold the ppi is the ones to contact.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thank you so much - I will give it a go in the morning! I know that we definitely have it on the CC but not sure about which loans had it and how far back.
I still have an account with Lloyds even tho I don't use them because I hate them so much! I would love to get some money back off them.
As for FP - I will try them as well
Thanks again x:j0 -

Just had telephone conversation with Loan Services - we had three loans over the last 10 years from Lloyds with PPI attached. Coupled with the credit card, i am definitely going to make a claim once the paperwork is received.
Thanks for your advices x
