GNER Standard Advance Tickets?

Hi - I'm planning on going to London to see Razorlight on the 8th of April - whooooppppeeeee!! I've been checking the trainline and GNER websites everyday to make sure I'm one of the first in the queue when the GNER standard advance tickets are released - however I've just realised that the 8th of April is Easter Sunday - aggghhhh!! I want to travel on the Saturday and come home on the Monday will this mean that the cheap tickets just won't be released?

I'd really appreciate any advice on how to get me and the OH down to London from Newcastle as cheaply as poss - Cheers - La:beer:
Ladedah :p

Go to the GNER site and register and then sign up for an email to be sent when the dates you`re interested in are released.
They usually release them 12 weeks in advance,at the moment up to 5th APRIL

The 6th to the 13th April will be released this coming Thursday, anytime from 8am. (usually around 10am but sometimes earlier). There will be cheap tickets available but you will have to get in there quickly - the best thing to do is ring GNER Telesales on 08457 225225 so they can check availability for you and book there and then.
If you try to do it on the internet you may miss out on the cheapest prices as the website isn't updated as efficiently as the rest of the system. However, if you really do want to book online, do it through https://www.gner.co.uk as you will get 10% off.
Oh, and specify that you want a single ticket there, and a single ticket back. That's the cheapest way to do it.
    Hope this helps!! ;)
