Hi ,
After making first contact on the 11/5/11 to make my claim against HSBC for my loan PPI I have today received a settlement offer of just over 5k.
Acceptance letter signed and will be posted back tomorrow.
Ten working days to wait and my journey will be over.
I will update the thread when the money lands.
