PPI Success

I have reclaimed PPI from Nationwide on 3 loans. I put in 3 claims but they only upheld the last one which is strange as my circumstances havent changed since I took the first loan out! Anyhow, I received an offer dated 24/08/11 and I telephoned the manager as soon as I received it and asked him how long it would be before my cheque would be processed upon receipt of my acceptance letter. He told me a maximum of 3 weeks as they were very busy.I phoned to check that they had received my acceptance and they said yes they had on 5th September. I have made 3 phone calls since to see what stage they are at and I have been told it will now be 4-6 weeks before they send the cheque. I have tried to speak to the manager who told me the 3 weeks maximum but he is apparently never at his desk when I call and as I work fulltime they are closed when I finish work.I asked the guy today if calls were recorded so that it could be proved that the the manager had said 3 weeks,but he just mumbled that he didnt think that they were. I am so angry my loan is still ongoing so they will probably take 2-3 more payments before they pay me MY MONEY back.Is there anywhere that I can put a complaint into. When I looked for a Nationwide email address on their website I can only email by logging on to internet banking.I am really worried that this is going to drag on and on and I want to put a stop to it asap. Has anyone else had this hassle? Thanks alot
