Can you claim back house insurance if you have 2 policies running at the same time?

I have 2 different house insurance policys and have done for a few years. Out of pure laziness i have never cancelled one of them. Does anyone know if there is anyway i can claim the money back on one of them? I have made a claim on one of them.
