I just thougt I would share my good news with you all and hopefully give encouragment to those lurkers like me :jI copied the letter that Amersall had posted on here sent it off on the 20th May and it seemed to do the trick, I am recieving a refund for £4888.60. just have to wait 6-8 weeks on the cheques:(
So a really big thankyou to Amersall I couldnt have composed a letter like that myself and I really believe it was your letter which made the difference. So once again Amersall thankyou:A:A
