Beware of miscellaneous charges B.Gas
Just a quick word about charges put on after move from british gas to EDF.
I thought i was in credit and it now turns out i was as british gas put £30 on each of my dual fuel accounts.
I moved this month but informed british gas before the 18th of last month (when the tariffs went up) that i would be leaving , as per this forum.
Anyway the long and short of it is i got my £60 back and an apology.
Worth noting just in case it happens to you.
