Put in a claim on 9 June with Barclaycard - they had 16 weeks to respond whcih should have brought them up to beginning of October. Received letter today saying they are still looking into the complaint and I should hear something by 8 November . Just counted and thats 23 weeks all in all.:eek: and then if I have to put it into the FOS after all that........
Thought they had to deal with it within the 16 weeks.

Sit it out this little longer, I don't think these and other banks have kept up with the complaints within the timescales given, but hopefully this will mean good news at the end of it, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
