Help a challenge
Hi
has anyone successfully challenged the full cancellation of an insurance policy when the premiums have been asked for twice by direct debit and failed on both occasions...I am being asked by my insurance company to pay in full £1662 as the payment has failed twice! I have not access to that sort of money but need my car to work!!!
Thank you

If the insurance company tried to get their money twice and on neither occasion there was enough money in you account to pay them, it seems quite reasonable for them to ask for the full year's premium up front.
If on the other hand the mistake was their's, them fight them.
The third option is that your bank has somehow failed you.
If this is so, get onto your bank.0 -

Looks like you are walking. You have broken the terms of the loan for the car insurance so now they are demanding the amount in full. You have three choices:
1) Pay it.
2) Find another policy but you will have to declare you had one cancelled by the insurer
3) Walk.0
