Maternity Pay

Hi, my partner is due in December and needs to sort out her maternity.

She has 2 jobs - her main job is in a school, and all her maternity has been sorted out fine.

In her second job, she works for 10 hours a week and earns less than £102 per week.

Is she entitled to any Maternity allowance or SMP from this job? She has worked there for around 4 years now.

Cheers

Rob

Comments

  • No she won't get SMP for 2nd Job and won't get MA as qualifies for SMP elsewhere. Whilst it is possible for someone with 2 jobs to get SMP twice, unfortunately not in your case.
