ppi on barclays overdraft

Hi, I'm just about to start the reclaiming process with them for the same thing.

A few questions:

Did you use the template from this site and write to them or did you call them and complain?

How long did the process take?

What were your reasons for mis-sell?

A lot of nosey questions I realise but I'd like to get it right - I hope you can help.

hi just the same as a loan with ppi, phone them up with your details of your account.they will give you a ref number .and then they will send a FOS questionaire.asking about the sail ,my was simple never asked for the ppi on my overdraft ,16 weeks to look at it now just waiting for my money up tp 40 days to pay. thanks,
