Not been on site for ages but good you making progress - hopefully and finally they can sort this mess out correctly once and for all!!!!!! Good luck!!!!

At our end, we attended County Court in August for the enforcement of a full charge on house hearing, as CSA say we still owe £2,700!! Once in Court it has been adjourned til Nov as we have put in another CSA Appeal as we can prove the £2,700 is an incorrect figure due to mis-calculation (I hear you say never do CSA make errors!!), and we owe not a jot!!!! So in Court the CSA Rep told us she had been informed by CSA Appeals that our appeal has been accepted, hence adjournment til Nov, but surprisingly :) we are still to hear from CSA Appeals to confirm that the appeal is to be relooked at or not!! So, suppose the Nov hearing will again be adjourned to date that CSA can actually keep to, in dealing with the appeal!!!

Last time this happened the Judge told CSA to basically go away and not waste time until they had a case to present!!!

Hoipefully they will do the same with me as they have screwed up big time. I was supposed to get a COC when i went onto Job seekers allowance bearing in mind that this assesment was taken care of befor e it went to upper tribunal. The idiots keep saying we have to follow the upper tribunals decison (although it was CSA legal that submitted they had screwed up and asked for another hearing) though the normal people i deal with think it was the judge that wrote that. Ignore all the evidence that is presented to them etc. At least my case is closed now and just to get this mess sorted then i will be going through the channels to claim for the overpayment and alos all their screw ups.
