Nearly 1 1/2 years to get them to listen

Finally after nearly 1 1/2 years they have finally revised an assesment that has went round the tribunal hurdles (which was never under appeal but the income used was based on that assesment) The upper tribunal had set aside anyway and passed back to the CSA to sort out their own mess. They have now removed the child allowance they gave and issued a refuse to revise when my child was born (although i asked them to do a sched 1 paragraph 15 which has no tollerance rule.
Fresh assesment fresh appeal though their are lots of changes in the 2 year period that should have happend which they never. These chnges were asked for and acknowledged by the appeals unit and sent to my local centre to consider however were point blank ignored.
Any advise before submitting a fresh appeal as i need to put this in a Janet and John style submission or 1 page per issue in big style font

i dont mean to be sexist, but things are as they wrongly are, i agree, but are you male or female, i suspect male, forgive me if im wrong hope you get my gist0

Eh thanks does it matter if im male or female
CSA dont listen or action things like they should end off0 -
im gona cause grief here, but it shouldn't matter whether your male or female, it makes no difference to me, but from my observations ect, males are less favourably thought of, and actioned of, hope u get my drift, let me know0

I would put more information in the appeal. I cannot work out what you are on about - it clearly makes sense in your mind but not on the page.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
sorry there were 3 assesments at the time and the middle one was opened up to give me appeal rights and the 3rd one was wiped via complaints.
The 1st tier tribunal took the income used for the middle one although the income used was for the first one.
Went to upper tribunal and through the csa's own submission (different department) they said that the 3 assesments should have only been 1 and it was flung back at the csa to sort it out which of course they never.
so now i have appeal rights for the first (and only) assesment due to securing a meeting via an MP to get them to agree to change the assesment as they had used the wrong information
hope it makes sense now (was in rant and rave mode)0 -
