I want to pull out

I need a bit of advice if poss, My IVA has taken 3 months now and seems to get more complicated by the minute as i'm self employed and have had another business within the last year which went bust.

I'm sure now that a DMP is the only way for me to go, my mortgage is coming down which would make a DMP a real possibility. Will my IPA provider now charge me fee's for the work they have put in so far?

  • Hi. I am afraid the answer lies with whatever you have previously agreed with your firm regarding fees. Most work on the principle that if the IVA isn't accepted they will charge no fee --- however, how they will view you just dropping them after much work I have no idea. In view of the apparent complexity, they might consider negotiating your DMP for you, after all, they have all of the required info already.
