    You'll be happy to know I have the cash now to buy the other half. But I'm going to spend it on another btl instead.

    Yes, 2 bed terrace round my way is about 150-230k depending on area. Not good. Madness in fact.

    Wahey!!!! Free money from my tenants allows me to drink enough to forget how selfish and greedy I am.
    That's a lot of beer and champagne as I have lots of guilt due to the excessive rents and appalling conditions.
