Black Horse Loans - questions :)

Hi again guys,

Wondered if someone could answer two quick questions for me?

I have had two loans through Black Horse in the past few years. One is now finished and the other is ongoing. Both had PPI on them and I was told I couldn't have the loans without the PPI.

My first question is this: I have the 'account number' for the current loan but not the policy number for the PPI - will this number be enough info to put on the FOS questionnaire?

And the second question is this: I cannot find any documentation relating to my first loan with BH. Should I just ring them to get the details or do I need to request a copy of the agreement I had with them?

Hi Kitty,

I called LLoyds and did the claim over the phone. They have a PPI number you can call, they also checked out the details for me. All in all very good (though I may have been lucky). Call the PPI line and speak to them.

Thanks for that - I will indeed try that. One wee thing though - is it Black Horse or Lloyds I should call? They both have PPI phone numbers on their webpages...
