Hmm, this one says its fixed rate. It also says there is only one "term" in their T&C's0

Obviously any forecast is speculation but I believe it is widely expected that rates will go up again.
It would be sensible to take a view on interest rate rises before fixing.0 -
i'm always suspicious when organisations suddenly start offering fixed rate bonds that they predict that rates will go up soon ...... Maybe I'm cynical, but I'm not sure that I'm entirely wrong....Indecision is the key to flexibility
