Home contents insurance in 'secure' developments

Hi all,
I've been looking into home contents insurance - my flat is in a secure building with 24/7 concierge, CCTV and secure access lefts (only residents keys work the lifts, no buttons). It's pretty much a fortress, my only worry is really fire or plumbing accident above. Is there anywhere good to go for insurance that will take account of this? I've searched but not found anything.
Thanks,
J

Not that I am aware of. The problem can be the neighbour upstairs having regular leaks. Some appear to be very accident prone.
Don't really have a recommendation as to which company is better for this type of risk. Depends on what your requirements are. If you have many expensive items and a reasonably high value of Contents, try Hiscox. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
You could try speaking to a good broker and see if they can do anything for you but your only really likely to gain benefit of this if you have a very high sum insured otherwise the discount of the ultra mass market product will probably out weight the specially negotiated terms.0

Thanks for the advise. I'll check both routes and see what I can turn up.0
