Moving to a New Build Tomorrow!

I'm moving to a newly built block of flats tomorrow and need to get a phone line (north London, but no cable) connected for telephone and broadband use as soon as possible. I'm quite a heavy broadband user and used to free evening and weekend calls.
Being a new build the line has to be connected which seems to take weeks, but on the plus side, the connection fee will be paid for me so isn't an issue.
Can anyone recommend a deal?
Thanks,
Alan
(I'll post this to the Broadband forum too).
