MBNA Amex cashback card

Final update for today (hopefully!) - MBNA are looking into refunding the cashback that I should have got and speaking to their marketing team about either changing their codes or changing their product information as it's clearly misleading. I should be getting a phone call tomorrow to confirm what they've done. Thanks to everyone for their help!
ETA - OllyM, just seen your post and I did phone up specifically to complain. They were very helpful so I think that if others have a similar problem they should probably do the same to 'encourage' MBNA to sort this out.0 -
Well they clearly did at some point...Eco-warrior-mum wrote: »The problem is that Asda's home shopping is registered to their head office, Asda House, and MBNA won't recognise that as a store.
...and that should form the basis of any complaint made.MBNA_cashback_T&Cs wrote:At time of writing they included the physical and/or online grocery stores of Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Ocado
If it's never been recognised they'll get a reprimand from the powers that be...and rightly so!0 -
has anyone else noticed how the cashback payment each statement is slightly less than 1.5% (assuming all your transactions are eligible for the higher rate).
it's always a few pence less than 1.5% of the total, anyone know why this is??0
