Courtesy refund?

Not sure if any of you remember my thread a couple of weeks ago about some boots which were SNAD? Well I opened a case with ebay, the seller asked for the pictures I had which I sent 3 times after they claimed not to have got them. Heard nothing else from them for a week. Escalated the case today and ebay have given me a 'courtesy refund' of the original purchase price + postage. Does this mean the refund is from the seller? Do I have to return the boots as it doesn't mention this?

No the refund is from ebay. If they haven;t asked for it back dont send it.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

We tend to call it a 'no fault refund', not sure who coined the phrase, but it's a good one.0

Thanks
At least I won't be out of pocket having to send the boots back. And the fact that she wants them back makes it even more satisfying!
