any advice on door to door distribution work?

Hi does anybody know of any charities that require door to door distributors for either leaflets or those stickers that you stick on bags of used clothes? I suffer a lot from anxiety and other mental issues and need to do quiet work, and door to door distribution would greatly suit me. There are so many charities out there and I don't want to have to email them all to see which ones need distribution, so was just wondering if any one had any suggestions. BTW I'm based in Belfast NI.

Thanks so much in advance for any advice, plus if anyone has any other suggestions for very quiet charity work that does not involve a lot of concentration, please let me know (I wouldn't be able to do admin cos of lack of ability to concentrate). Thanks,

fullah, it could be worth you googling 'volunteer + Belfast' to find you local volunteer bureau, then see if there is anything there you would be able to do, or contact them and see if they know which charities regularly just want things put through doors.
