YEllow Box Fine on Barking Road East Ham

Please find below the attached fine notice. I am not sure where this happened. But my wife and I think we were there on 31 Aug - but this is a 2-3 mile long road and I cannot recollect where this happened. How am I supposed to defend why this happened?
I cant visit this place again as I am not good with recognising a miniature photo with a real life place.
DO you think this is invalid? If so, can you please provide me some grounds to go back to them asap?

Host pics on tinypic and take the url given for forums and put on here less the http bit. As well as this get both sides of the pcn and pics of the box and post on pepipoo.com. Host on tinypic again and put the url in the post. Give more details than here, were you still moving? Are there more than one box? is it clear which box?

Whilst waiting for replies on there, you could Google & read the result for:

...both of which explain that the contravention is not as on the PCN. It is not just that you 'stopped', there's more to it than that and you need to understand what to look for when you view the moving footage. A still photo cannot prove the matter so you must check the video once you know what to look for.

You could also try Googling the name of the yellow box junction (from the PCN) and seeing if it has cropped up before on any forums, see what the outcome was and whether the junction itself is compliant.
