I love Screwfix Direct!

I bought a shower from SFD last summer.
It stopped working a week or two ago.
I didn't think I would get anywhere but I emailed them anyway on Friday (I couldn't remember when I had bought it etc).
Monday morning, lorry turns up with brand new shower free of charge.

That's what I call customer service :O)

They had a problem with our order and this meant it is a day or so late, I asked for compensation of some sort as we are regular customers and am getting £20 voucher in post. Lovely.. hubby called me a cheeky.......... and says this site has corrupted me....oh dear.

Glad to see you like them. Only ordered a few thigs from them but always found them okay when I did. Very polite and friendly on the phone.

Probably worked with me then as I did too, although the people on this thread have been very lucky as alot of people gave poor customer service

Rang them with a query on one of their products (dimension) that was not shown in their catalogue..My phone number was taken and I thought oh yeah ...this is just going to disappear down the ether"

Next morning at 9.00am the manufacturer of the product rang me up much to my suprise with all the info I needed
