Talk Talk have put in a new imageg recognition step when logging in - has anyone actually managed to recognize the letters, have tried repeatedly to log in only to be rejected - Fuming !!!!:mad:

Why are you using your ISP's email service when there are plenty of better non ISP related e-mail providers to choose from?

Can you confirm is this an @talktalk.net email address or an @tiscali.co.uk address.
when testing our @talktalk.net account I cannot see that image verification is necessary to login, this is only relevant to resetting the account password. There is an audio assistance for these (a small button with a speaker and 4 lines to the right of the image) However we do appear to have identified a potential problem with this, which has been raised for further investigation.

Hi All,
I have been able to identify the captcha images when a password reset is required.
I have provided feedback on the legibility of these images and have received confirmation that some of these are currently being reviewed to check legibility as there have been some reports of customers being unable to recognise all the letters contained.
We are hoping that the relevant images will be removed from the databank in due course however in the mean time we can only request patience and to refresh the image if it is illegible.
