  • And if you do have to speak to him record the call because he like all bailiffs will have a very selective memory

    personally i would call him (recored) and inform him that you have now taken advice and you will not be paying this fine for your daughter and any further visits or letters to your employer or your landlord will result in a formal complaint to the court manager and possibly a form 4 complaint to the court he was certificated at (you can check here to see if he is certificated)

    Did he have paperwork pertaining to owed monies and stuff?
