  • Hey Lala

My BR date is on Tuesday and I am starting to feel sick about it now. Also worried they won't declare me BR. Also my own stupid fault just borrowing more to get out of debt but spiralled out of control. Can honestly say I never used any of that money for any luxuries in life just helping with living costs/rent etc.

It has taken me so long to face up to the fact I needed to go BR and now its days away and I feel petrified. Have never felt so on the edge of life. Like you with 2 young boys but I remind myself I am doing this for the sake of their future and that they can have a happy Mummy again.

Good luck for Monday. Let me know how it goes cos no doubt I will be on here stressing night b4 mine xxxx
  • Wishing you both all the best.
We have been today, job done , dignity intact, I did feel like a naughty school girl in the headmasters office, but that was just me, the truth is everyone was at the very least proffesional, and some even compassionate.
Just the OR to deal with now then!
Will be thinking of you Monday and Tuesday, please let me know how it goes.
  • Well done to you both :j

In my case I never even saw the judge, waited round for half an hour and the clerk came back out to say that I had been declared bankrupt by the judge. :)
