We cannot speak highly enough of John Lewis internet shopping, and their prices are pretty competitive as well.
We bought a microwave from them, were told when to expect it and arrived very quickly.

We also bought a small chest freezer, same thing, delivered very quickly.

However, the freezer has developed a fault, only a few months after purchasing, we telephoned them and they said they would arrange for someone to come and check it out, we asked would that be covered on the guarantee, yes it would.

Someone came the other day from the manufacturer, and yes there was a fault, and a brand new freezer is going to be delivered next week.

We are very impressed with their service and helpfulness on the telephone.

My fella bought me a handbag from them for Christmas. He tracked the delivery on line and discovered it had been delivered to 'your neighbour'. We could look at the signature and it was S Bell and none of our neighbours are a Mr or Ms Bell.

So he called JL and they realised that S Bell is in Milton Keynes. We are in Manchester. They immediately apologised and sent him a new bag which came the next day.

So we were impressed by them. As was S Bell who got a designer handbag for free. Now that's real money saving!
