  • HI, is anyone else having an issue with getting free delivery to the store - it is adding on £2.95 for store delivery, it has never done this before !
  • Got 12 packs of night time pull ups!! :T Should see my daughter out of the pull up phase, fantastic, thank you!

Couldn't be bothered farcing about with all the different delivery types/costs so bulked up my order to £40 with other essentials I'd need at some point anyway like nappies for my youngest and wipes (saves me carrying them back from town one day) and had them delivered to my house for free. I'll just knock a bit off the budget next week to make up for it as I've saved a lot of money in the long run!

    Thanks OP!

It recognises the code but doesn't show any reduction in price? I'm a member of the parenting club, so no idea what I'm going wrong?

I think we should let them know what we think about the new charge to pick up from store. I've just clicked the link at the top of the home page and commented on this. No other big high street store charges for store delivery, certainly not at the same price as delivery to door and I also told them that Superdrug were looking more attractive for my custom as they are cheaper and now have a loyalty card too.

    It's only a game

Thanks for the link! I have just given them my feedback on such a ridiculous charge!

  • I received an order dispatch from boots.com and still being charged only .77p for collection in store lol must have just made it before they implemented the new store charge!

Hi. i couldn't get it to work either so I took a chance and ordered anyway and contacted CS saying the code wouldn't work and they said the following:
"Thanks for contacting us regarding your save £5 promotion code XXXXX. I'm sorry to learn this wasn't deducted from your order.
I've looked into this and have found the save £5 wasn't deducted from your order as the Olay Total Effects Radiance cream was already on offer of save up to £10 on selected Olay.
I'm afraid one offer can't be used in conjunction with another which is why this didn't work. This is stated in our terms and conditions.
I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused."

it's odd then that the code is working for some people and not others on this offer. :(
