Thanks for the Aussie tip - I LOVE Aussie stuff , so ordered 3 of the 75ml miracle reconstructors for 58p each...
I know I could have placed 3 seperate orders and got them for 12p each but I didn't want to take the proverbial P and am hoping they honour both my orders this way
I will certainly be a happy bunny IF I get both orders of 3 mini Aussie treatments plus an Olay total effects cleanser for 2 quid!!
I just feel better doing my second order that way and feel there is much more of a chance of them honouring it , hopefully , as my free Sanctuary face masks order was cancelled ages ago but seems everyone else got theirs!0 -

I've tried using my account with card and parenting club, signing up for a new account and both requesting and not requesting a card. Couldn't get it to work, it says what the discount should be, but it doesn't take it off the total. Any ideas what I've done wrong?
I opened a new account a while ago, not tonight, because my old account didnt seem to be accepting codes anymore. Maybe you have to wait til you get your card and activate it instore? Im not sure. The code is valid til end of Dec and the Olay offer is prob on for a couple weeks so maybe you can try again once youve activated your card.0 -
I just got a free face wash, thank you!
It's really annoying that there is a fee for collection at store for orders under £20, so I just topped my order up with a hairdryer which I'll send back...oh god....I feel so dirty lol. Well, silly Boots implementing minimum order value for free collection in store!0 -

OMG WHEN did Boots implement this charge???
Thats disgraceful , it should ALWAYS be free to pick up instore , do you have any details on the new policy or were you charged postage in error???0 -
I don't believe it ... bang goes my Boots bargains in the future on PRINCIPLE..

This really is RIDICULOUS to charge us £2.95 for the pleasure of us going out of our way to pick up instore!!!
I'm actually quite SHOCKED by this ... Must have come into effect @ midnight or something as thank goodness earlier we got ours delivered to store for FREE ( As it SHOULD be!!! )0 -

I know, I was a bit annoyed as well.
The price to collect is £2.95, the price for home delivery is £2.95....doesn't make any sense.
I think they will get quite a few less online orders and can only hope they realise and make collection from store free again, or maybe even a £10 min order, £20 is just too much.0 -
I was just coming along to ask how I missed the Boots charge to collect......
But I see it's new. :mad:0 -

It's not out of order to charge for minimal costed items to be delivered to a store at all. They have to package into a box and go out of their way in some cases to deliver to remote locations. it's not just a case of bung the item in the same van as the other stores stock that needs to be delivered. Think of the amount of time and man power it takes for a (e.g.) 99p item. And tbh, a lot of bargain hunter customers have probably been doing this a lot thus they have been forced to start charging.0
