Esa

I was on ESA in November 2009 due to a car accident.

In June 2011 I was sent to see a doctor by the DWP, who said I was fit for work and stopped my benifit.

I appealed against it and won in September 2010 and was awarded the higher rate.

July this year I decided it was time to get back into work and found a job, I was told I wouldn't get the £40 a week back to work bonus as I would be on to much money a week.

But I'm sure the woman at the Job Centre Plus mentioned I would still get the ESA , £93 a week until n
ext april let alone I'm working 40 hours a week, is this right?
Thanks

No, if you are in full-time work then your claim is closed, if you are earning over £15,000 a year then you dont get RTW credit either.
