I have my own thoughts about them but am interested in getting some others' views.

We used them last year to book our Royal Caribbean Cruise.
Had no problems at all really.
Only thing i can think of is that they dont release your details (i.e name etc) to the airline companies until about 2 month before departure so if like me you like to book extra legroom seats they are usually already booked.
We receieved everything we should have though booking through them instead of Royal Caribbean like the onboard credit and such, it just saved us around £230 each i think it was by booking through Iglu.
